Dr. Nightingale is always attentive to questions, explains his answers without medical jargon, and is friendly and prompt. The staff are on top of scheduling and insurance and also are friendly and prompt. Agata, who performs many of the preliminary tests and measurements, is particularly professional and sensitive to patient questions. I have not had any serious issues, but the doctor has addressed my age-related concerns. My husband had a great experience with cataract surgery performed by Dr. Nightingale.
I was able to schedule an appointment online as soon as I wanted it. When I went to the office the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I met with Jacob who completed all the eye tests and lastly I met with the doctor.He was able to help me with the problem which I had. I since returned to get tested for RX for new glasses. I was very pleased with the treatment I received .
Dr. Nightingale's staff is easy to deal with. They are friendly and competent. Dr. Nightingale himself is quiet, gentle, and right on target. He took my concerns seriously. I did not think the procedure pre-surgery would evoke my claustrophobia, it did. Dr. Nightingale understood immediately and was able to talk me thru. I think of that as a gift. Very professional service. All the registration, insurance cards and id were completed on line before I arrived. Several confirmation texts confirmed my arrival. My appointment began on time as I went through a series of internal eye exams on several different machines, with helpful staff. After my vision was tested and a prescription was established the doctor examined the data andInspected the rear of my dilated eyes. After a brief conference I was given the paperwork follow up to my exam and prescription.The whole process was less than an hour -a very thorough yet smooth and efficient process. Highly recommended.
